The zd99 Platform is available exclusively to natural persons who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. zd99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where zd99 has reason to believe that a user is under 21 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any funds held in a confirmed underage account will be returned to the depositing payment method after deduction of any amounts wagered, and no winnings will be paid out.

The Platform is directed at players located in Bangladesh. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you and that you are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction. zd99 makes no warranty regarding the legality of access in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for a player's breach of applicable local law.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the zd99 Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single player constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, zd99 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and retain any bonus funds. Where duplicate accounts have been used to exploit promotional offers, all associated balances and winnings may be forfeited.

To register a zd99 account, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, set a secure password, and confirm your agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You represent that all information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and current. zd99 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account opened on the basis of false, inaccurate, or incomplete information.

Prior to processing the first withdrawal from any account, zd99 requires completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification procedure. You will be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photographic identity document — such as your National Identity Card (NID) — and, where requested, proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. zd99 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle and to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC requirements are satisfied.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify zd99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other security breach. zd99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

zd99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet methods and ৳500 for card payments. All deposit transactions must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party payment accounts will be reversed and may result in account review. zd99 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Processing times are typically 1 to 3 business hours for mobile wallet withdrawals and up to 24 hours for card withdrawals. Withdrawals cannot be processed to a payment account held in a name other than that of the registered account holder. zd99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal request.

An account is considered dormant where there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more and a positive balance remains. zd99 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts. Prior to the application of any dormancy fee, zd99 will make reasonable attempts to notify the account holder via their registered mobile number. All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by zd99 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms will prevail in respect of that promotion only. zd99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the protection of any bonus funds already credited to a player's account.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier and qualifying games are stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. If the time period expires before the wagering requirement is met, any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited. Only wagers placed on eligible game categories will count towards rollover completion.

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or any form of bonus arbitrage — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. zd99 employs fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Where abuse is detected, zd99 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, close the affected account(s), and withhold any pending withdrawal.

zd99 is committed to providing responsible gaming tools to all registered players. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Players may activate these tools at any time via their account settings or by contacting the zd99 support team. Deposit limit reductions take effect immediately. Deposit limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling period before taking effect, to protect against impulsive decisions. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and result in immediate suspension of account access for the nominated period.

zd99 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access to the Platform. This includes age-gate measures at registration, age verification via KYC documentation, and the immediate suspension of any account where there is a reasonable basis to suspect underage use. It is also the responsibility of adult account holders to ensure that their devices and login credentials are not accessible to minors. If a player is aware of any minor attempting to access zd99, they are obligated to report this immediately to the zd99 support team. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zd99 Platform: use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the Platform; collusion with other players to obtain an unfair advantage; exploitation of any software error, miscalculation, or bug; use of payment methods not registered in your own name for deposits or withdrawals; provision of false personal information during registration or KYC; any form of money laundering or structuring of transactions to evade financial reporting obligations; and any attempt to interfere with the integrity of any game or sports market.

Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your payment provider in respect of a genuine deposit made to your zd99 account constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is successfully processed against a zd99 account, the Company reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, recover the chargeback amount from any available balance, and pursue recovery of the full amount through available legal and collection channels. Any account involved in a fraudulent chargeback will be permanently closed.

zd99 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where: the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; zd99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering; the account holder has provided false or unverifiable information; a regulatory, compliance, or law enforcement requirement makes suspension or closure necessary; or the account has been inactive for an extended period consistent with zd99's dormancy policy. Upon suspension, all pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending investigation.

A player may request closure of their zd99 account at any time by contacting the support team. Prior to closure, any available balance must be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to KYC verification requirements being met. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon submission of a written request to the support team and completion of any additional verification checks deemed necessary by zd99. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement may not be reopened until the self-exclusion period has fully expired.
